These Terms of Service govern your use of Lingxi Copywriting, an AI copywriting tool operated under Hewu Labs. By using Lingxi Copywriting, you agree to these Terms.
Service Description
Lingxi Copywriting provides an AI-powered tool for generating marketing copy tailored to multiple social media platforms. The service is currently provided as a free tool site.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you input and for how you use the generated copy.
You agree that you will not use Lingxi Copywriting to generate content that:
- Violates any law or regulation
- Infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights
- Contains illegal, abusive, hateful, harassing, or exploitative material
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Spreads misinformation or deceptive content
- Attempts to disrupt, overload, or abuse our systems
- Attempts to reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the service
AI Generation
Lingxi Copywriting uses third-party AI language models to generate copy. Your input is sent to the AI provider for processing and is not used to train their models. Generated copy is streamed directly to your browser and is not permanently stored on our servers.
Accounts
Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person or entity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the service.
Free Usage
Lingxi Copywriting does not currently charge fees. We may apply free usage limits to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse. Anonymous users are limited to 3 generations per day; signed-in free users receive 10 generations per month.
No Refunds
Because Lingxi Copywriting does not currently charge fees, there are no charges to refund.
Service Availability
We try to keep Lingxi Copywriting reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages (including AI provider outages), or events outside our control.
Accuracy of Generated Content
AI-generated copy may vary in quality, accuracy, and tone. We do not guarantee that generated content will be factually accurate, free of errors, suitable for your specific use case, or compliant with platform-specific policies. You should review and edit generated copy before publishing.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you input. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you own the copy generated for you by the service. Lingxi Copywriting, Hewu Labs, website design, software, branding, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors.
Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the service for illegal activity
- Generate spam, phishing, or fraudulent content
- Abuse free usage limits
- Attempt to bypass security or rate limits
- Interfere with service operation
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Use automated systems to overload the service
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we believe you have violated these Terms, abused the service, created risk for other users, or caused harm to our systems.
Disclaimer
Lingxi Copywriting is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lingxi Copywriting and Hewu Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
